KS where we maintain our warehouse distribution center and corporate offices for
the wire and cable division.

Our Edwardsville distribution facility, which occupies 355,000 square feet under
one roof, provides significant distribution capabilities. All wire and cable product
is shipped from one central location allowing us to have complete inventory control.

A dedicated on-site packaging department allows the wire & cable division to maintain
a bulk inventory and operate an efficient pack-to-order system serving a multitude
of brands. Orders are picked utilizing a state-of-the-art electronic RF system and
picking efficiency is precisely monitored.

Taking advantage of the most modern inventory management systems and collaborative
customer planning, the Edwardsville distribution center maintains a very tight and
accurate forecast to demand process providing consistently high fill rates and rapid
